1. A dedicated return pickup reservation site is provided for each brand.
2. Crosspoint inspects the condition of returned products.
3. If the product has defects, Crosspoint will indicate the defect with a sticker for the merchants.
4. f the product passes the inspection, Crosspoint re-packages it and prepares them for the merchant to be resold.
5. Crosspoint uses the merchants’ system, so customers can get refunds promptly.
6. Crosspoint consolidates shipments and prepares all import documents for bulk shipments for returned goods.
